How long does a typical build take?
Essential is 4–6 weeks, Growth is 5–7, Premium is 6–8, from kickoff to launch. That assumes you can return content & feedback within 48 hours of each request. We'll set realistic expectations on the strategy call based on your specific scope.
What if I already have a website?
We migrate everything, pages, products, blog posts, redirects. Your SEO stays intact and you don't lose traffic during the transition. Switching from another platform (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress)? We've done it many times.
Do you only build on Shopify?
No. We build on Shopify when you sell products, it's the best platform for retail. For everything else, service businesses, professional sites, booking-driven sites, we build a custom site that's faster, fully bespoke, and yours to own. We'll tell you honestly which one fits on the strategy call.
What happens after launch?
Every tier includes post-launch support (14, 30, or 60 days depending on tier) for any bugs or fixes. After that you can add a maintenance plan (Light/Standard/Heavy) or stay on pay-as-you-go. You're not locked in either way.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard is 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch. Larger Premium projects can be split into 3 payments (kickoff, design approval, launch).
Can I see examples of work you've done?
A few are above on this page. We share more, including direct links to live sites, on the strategy call. Some clients prefer privacy, so we don't post every project publicly. We always show you sites in your industry as part of the call.
