BoostWorks Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: 12/16/25At BoostWorks, we provide digital services including marketing management, advertising, website development, automation, and consulting. Because our services involve time, labor, and digital deliverables, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.
1. No Returns on Services
Due to the nature of digital and professional services, BoostWorks does not offer returns once work has begun. Time, strategy, setup, and execution are considered delivered services and cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a partial refund only if:

A written request is submitted within 3 business days of purchase

No work has started
-
No access, setup, onboarding, or strategy work has been completed
Once any of the following occur, refunds are no longer available:

Strategy development

Account setup or configuration

Content creation
-
Website builds or edits
-
Ad campaign creation or launch

Automation or software setup
-
Access to dashboards, tools, or internal systems
3. Monthly Services & Subscriptions
For recurring services (monthly marketing, ads management, retainers, or subscriptions):

Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins

Clients may cancel future billing with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date

Services will continue through the end of the current billing period
No refunds are issued for unused time, paused services, or early cancellations.
4. Advertising Spend
All advertising budgets are non-refundable.
BoostWorks does not control third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or other ad networks. Any funds allocated to ad spend are considered pass-through costs and cannot be refunded once campaigns are live or funds are loaded.
5. Website & One-Time Projects
Website builds, integrations, and one-time services are non-refundable once work begins.
If a project is canceled mid-build:

Any completed work remains the property of BoostWorks unless otherwise agreed in writing

No refunds are issued for completed milestones
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact BoostWorks directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate service suspension

Termination of active services
-
Loss of access to deliverables and accounts
7. Satisfaction & Support
While refunds are limited, we are committed to delivering value.
